Daulat Drive

Project Overview

Daulat Drive is a full-stack automotive platform designed for a local car rental and vehicle sales business in Daulatpur, Khulna.

The platform combines daily and weekly car rental services with a vehicle sales catalogue, allowing visitors to browse available cars, compare vehicle information, view rental and sale pricing, submit rental requests, and enquire about purchasing vehicles.

My Role

Full-Stack Developer & UI/UX Designer

I independently handled the complete project, including UI/UX design, frontend development, backend functionality, vehicle data structure, rental request workflow, sales enquiry functionality, responsive implementation, testing, and deployment.

Vehicle Fleet

The platform presents a structured fleet catalogue where visitors can browse vehicles by type and view important specifications such as model, year, seating capacity, transmission, fuel type, rental rate, and asking price.

Rental Experience

Visitors can select pickup and return dates, choose a vehicle, provide their information, and submit a rental request.

The interface also provides an estimated rental experience before the request is submitted, while clearly communicating that the request requires confirmation from the rental desk.

Vehicle Sales

In addition to rental services, the platform provides a dedicated car sales experience.

Vehicles display asking prices in BDT and include an enquiry-to-buy workflow for visitors interested in purchasing a vehicle.

Service Structure

The website presents several rental services including city rentals, airport delivery, weddings and group transportation, and vehicle purchasing.

This allows the platform to serve different customer requirements rather than functioning only as a basic car listing website.

Booking Workflow

The booking process is organized into three main stages:

01 — Choose the car

Visitors can browse and filter available vehicles and review their specifications.

02 — Send a request

Customers provide their name, phone number, rental dates, selected vehicle, and additional requirements.

03 — Pick up

The business confirms the request by phone and provides pickup information.

Customer Information

The booking form collects essential information including customer name, email, phone number, pickup location, selected car, pickup date, pickup time, return date, return time, driver requirement, and additional messages.

Design Approach

The design uses a clean automotive-business visual style with strong typography, structured vehicle cards, clear pricing, prominent calls to action, and a straightforward information hierarchy.

The interface was designed to make the most important actions immediately understandable: browsing vehicles, checking rental prices, viewing cars for sale, and submitting a booking or sales enquiry.

Responsive Design

The website was designed to provide a consistent experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

Vehicle cards, search controls, navigation, booking forms, and content sections adapt to different screen sizes.

Project Highlights

Daulat Drive demonstrates my ability to build a complete business-focused web application around real-world rental and sales workflows.

Instead of creating only a static automotive website, I developed an integrated platform combining vehicle inventory, rental services, pricing, booking requests, sales enquiries, customer information, FAQs, services, and contact functionality.
